General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bajhi ("we", "our", "platform") and its users. By accessing or using the bajhi website or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bajhi is an online casino and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live dealer gaming services for Bangladeshi users. All our services are secured with SSL encryption technology, and we are committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment.

Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bajhi account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

bajhi may request a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents at any time to verify account ownership. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. This is for the protection of your account and funds.

3.3 Account Closure or Suspension

bajhi may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Failure to complete identity verification

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time. Any outstanding funds will be settled before closure; however, if the account is cancelled due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are currently supported for depositing funds into bajhi: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposit transactions are processed as quickly as possible. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, our support team will assist you.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply for a successful withdrawal from bajhi:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the related wagering requirements have been met.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• bajhi reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bajhi is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by incorrect information provided by the user. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajhi offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — exceptions may apply for specific games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• bajhi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.

5.4 VIP Program

bajhi's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active gaming activity. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority service.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the bajhi platform are operated under fair play principles. There is no possibility of manipulation in determining game outcomes. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, bajhi will settle the related bet in accordance with applicable policy.

6.2 Sports Betting

Please read the applicable rules and market details carefully before placing a bet in any sports betting market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be settled in accordance with bajhi's policy.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a software or connection error, bajhi reserves the right to void that round or bet. Awards announced due to an obvious technical or human error are subject to cancellation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajhi platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Artificial transactions intended to abuse the bonus system
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Attempting hacking, malware, or any other technical attack
• Fraudulent collusion with other users
• Attempting any unauthorized modification to the game software
• Spreading false information about bajhi

Changes & Amendments

bajhi reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to users' accounts or an announcement will be posted on the website.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
